According to the high and low temperature of furnace and process requirement, can choose graphite, molybdenum or tungsten for heating element and heat insulation screen. Heating element use by divided into many area arrangement and the independent control temperature, temperature by using the programmable PID regulation. Furnace chamber can integral move out, easy to maintain. Furnace equipped with padding air device, To the furnace can be filled with protection gas or work gas, air flow can be adjusted. At the same time at furnace inside or outside equipped with circulating cooling device, can accelerate the furnace inside material cooling , shorten working cycle, to improve product quality and working efficiency. ST-1800VSF series vacuum sintering furnace, mainly used in atmosphere sintering , vacuum heat-treatment, high temperature vacuum sintering.
